  • Scanmail.gr has partnered with Anytime Mailbox, allowing you to access and manage your physical mail from any device anywhere in the world.

  • Once you pick your subscription package and fill in the required authorization form, we start receiving and scanning your mail.

  • You then receive an email notification with digital images in your personal and secure Anytime Mailbox web portal.

  • You then choose for us to shred, recycle or forward your physical mail anywhere in the world.

Document Management

Have boxes of documents/ files taking up storage space?

-Make electronic backups that are fully searchable.

 

  • Drop them off and we will scan and upload them to the cloud or a hard drive.

  • Fully OCR searchable PDFs, with a customized file structure to meet your needs. 

  • €100 per thousand pages (or 3kg of files)

Photo Archival

 Do you have endless boxes or albums of photos?

-Make electronic backups to save or share.  

 

  • Drop them off and we will scan and upload them to the cloud or a hard drive.

  • If you categorize the photos, we will even upload them into specific folders. 

  • €100 per thousand photos (or 3kg of photos /photo albums)
