Digital copies are stored in a secure infrastructure that is handled only by authorized personnel.
Your location no longer limits access to your mail. We can receive letters and parcels on your behalf and forward them anywhere in the world.

Package Reshipping
Did you order from an online store that doesn’t ship to your address?
ScanMail receives your package in Athens and forwards it to your preferred destination in the world. You now can shop from Greek or international eshops without restrictions, with absolute security and convenience. We handle receipt, temporary storage and reshipping of your products.

Photo Archival
Do you have endless boxes or albums of photos? Make electronic backups to save or share.
We scan and digitize your photos, with the option of storing them in the cloud or on a hard drive. If you have already sorted them, we organize them for you into folders for easy access.
- Cost: 100€ / 1,000 photos (or 3 kilos of material).
Document Management
We convert your physical documents into searchable PDF files using OCR technology and organize them according to your needs.
We undertake the scanning and storage in the cloud or on a hard drive, for premium security and immediate access.

Business Addresses
We provide an official business address that you can use for the Greek Tax Office by posting a rental agreement on TaxisNet.
A physical mailbox is included from which you can receive your mail or have it forwarded to you on a weekly basis. The subscription also offers the basic Virtual Mailbox Essentials service at no additional charge.
