Enter the destination, packed size and weight. If you proceed, we email your enquiry to ScanMail.
- 02Send the parcel to ScanMail
Use the receiving details shown after your enquiry is sent, then email us the incoming courier and tracking number.
- 03We receive and measure it
We record the parcel’s external condition and confirm its packed dimensions and weight. No payment is requested before arrival.
- 04Receive and pay your invoice
After measurement, we email an invoice for the service fee and confirmed shipping charge.
- 05We ship to your address
Once payment is received, we dispatch to your confirmed address and email the tracking number.

- 1Place your order using the ScanMail address
Use your full name followed by “/ ScanMail” as the recipient. Enter the ScanMail office address and delivery phone exactly as shown above. Add your enquiry reference to the seller’s order notes if possible.
- 2Email us when the seller ships
Send the incoming courier name and tracking number to info@scanmail.gr. Include your enquiry reference. For international customs documents, keep the seller invoice and full contents details.
- 3ScanMail receives, weighs and measures the parcel
We record its external condition and confirm the actual packed dimensions and weight. We do not request payment before we receive and measure your parcel.
- 4We email your invoice for payment
The invoice includes the ScanMail service fee and confirmed shipping charge. Check your forwarding address and phone number, then pay the invoice.
- 5We ship after payment is received
Once payment arrives, ScanMail dispatches the parcel to your confirmed address and emails the outbound tracking number.
Before ordering: Do not send lighters, aerosols or other dangerous goods. Batteries, liquids, food, medicines and similar items must be approved by ScanMail in advance.
BOX NOW estimates use VAT-inclusive consumer rates checked on 17 August 2026 and the smallest eligible compartment for the entered packed dimensions. ELTA EMS estimates use the official August 2025 published tariff and actual-weight bracket. Final pricing depends on ScanMail’s confirmed measurement and carrier acceptance. Customs duties and destination charges are not included.
